Success defined in the Quran

One of the prominent sahabas, Ibn Masud (RA), is commented to have said that they would memorize 10 verses from the Quran and not move on to memorize more until its understanding has sunk in and that they have applied those verses. Let us all strive to memorize and apply this ultimate formula for success:

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
23:1

Certainly will the believers have succeeded:

23:2

They who are during their prayer humbly submissive

23:3

And they who turn away from ill speech

23:4

And they who are observant of zakah

23:5

And they who guard their private parts

23:6

Except from their wives or those their right hands possess, for indeed, they will not be blamed –

23:7

But whoever seeks beyond that, then those are the transgressors –

23:8

And they who are to their trusts and their promises attentive

23:9

And they who carefully maintain their prayers –

23:10

Those are the inheritors

23:11

Who will inherit al-Firdaus( Highest Level of Paradise). They will abide therein eternally.
